Please look for your order to arrive in an “Emerson Ecologics” box in two business days.

Orders ship the next day, if received prior to 1PM PST.

Please allow 4-5 days for your shipment to arrive prior to inquiring about the ‘status’ of your package.
This will allow for weekends, holidays and if you ordered past the 1PM PST cut off on a Friday.

If an item is missing from your shipment, please check the packing insert to see if your item happened to be backordered.
Though this happens quite infrequently, it is possible that an item may be backordered at the time that you place your order.
Just as soon as our supplier has more in stock, we will be able to ship the item to you.
